I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel on Samos Island. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the harbor and the bustling restaurants. What truly impressed me were the rooms. Each room had a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the island. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while admiring the beauty of the surroundings.
There were no major issues during my stay at this hotel. Everything was more than satisfactory, leaving me with no complaints.

Extremely economical, but you also get what you pay for. It was a simple clean room that was walkable to the main square. Views were nice from the pool deck. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel has much more potential than it is currently fulfilling.
The breakfast was terrible and seriously lacking in effort. The evening restaurant was closed both nights we were there with no explanation even though it is advertised in the room brochure to be open. The building was poorly or cheaply constructed with walls and doors thin as paper. We could hear every single thing that went on outside and next door to our room. Though it served our purpose for a short stint in Samos, we would not stay here again. Also, I would tell people that if they are arriving at night, they might never find it as we barely found it during the day.

The rooms were spacious the decoration also very nice.the stuff was helpful enough and the view of the balcony was great!the hotel is situated near the centre of vathi only 5 minutes on foot. The rooms were cleaned every day!The roof garden view is excellent!
The breakfast was poor only the basics(no croissants, variety of cereals, biscuits etc) and the swimming pool is too small I don't understand the reason there is one!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the seafront, harbor and restaurants, and just a short walk to the central square. The rooms have fantastic views from the balcony, which was a real highlight for us during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options including homemade jams and lemonades.
We couldn't find anything to complain about, everything was perfect.

Many ants were found near the flower on the desk.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Samos Town and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with daily towel and sheet changes that added a nice touch. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the city and port, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a part of their family. The location was also great, right in the center of town, with plenty of traditional Greek restaurants just down the hill. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of local goods and fruits to choose from.
All was excellent during my stay.

The most important for me during my stay in Virginia Hotel was the warm hospitality, my clean room, the decoration of my room with wall paintings, the hot water 24hours a day, the view from my room balcony over the sea & sunset, the homemade large breakfast with local products, the free wireless internet and the great service. Mrs Virginia made delicious marmelades, cake, omelette, biscuits and cookies for breakfast! My dinner was also homemade and i was served always with a smile. The design of this hotel is very tasteful. The place is quiet and only 10min walking distance from Samos city center. I did not expect such a budget hotel to offer such a high quality. I felt very welcome and will certainly come back in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel hadsuper clean and cozy rooms, great facilities including a lovely swimming pool and delicious breakfast. The friendly staff went out of their way to provide us with helpful tips on transportation, local restaurants, and tourist attractions, making it easy for us to explore this beautiful city. We also enjoyed the close proximity to traditional Greek cuisine and a fantastic beach.
No negatives from this place.

The staff were very accommodating and even made breakfast available for us early. They were very friendly. The pool and atmosphere were excellent for our family. It was an easy walk to the port for site seeing and has upmarket ambience.
Use a taxi for arrival as it is near the top of a hill and a challenge with luggage. Our driver was very helpful in getting us there.

Excellently run hotel on a splendid location in Samos Town. Staff was very friendly and English speaking. Rooms were nice. I stayed 2 nights and had a room with a balcony, fridge and tv (with a good mix of international channels). You can make several interesting walks starting in Samos Town or stroll around in Samos-Vathy, a wonderful Greek village which sticks to Samos Town. There are buses to interesting places like a.o. Kokkari, Karlovassi and Pythagorio and to the airport.
The breakfast buffet was a bit mediocre and should be improved. Bread not so fresh, limited amount of yoghurt (no more yoghurt if you were too late!) and it's a mystery to me why they offer lemonade instead of fruit juice when they have so many orange trees on Samos?

The Virginia Hotel is a perfekt hotel! And that is because of the people who runs it! They are the warmest, most seviceminded and sweetest people I have met in a long time:-) They are so welcoming and you feel at home. The pictures of their family on the walls, the homecooked meals that the grandmother makes in the kitchen, and the interest they have in each and every person that are staying there... It's amazing and beautiful:-) Thank U so much for a lovely week at the Virginia Hotel. We wil be back!
